VdA's M&A, Corporate Finance group is very active in various industries, including banking, telecoms, IT, pharma, media, insurance, retail, food and infrastructure.

Our M&A, Corporate Finance practice holds a strong international experience, derived from advising a large amount of foreign clients active in Portugal, as well as assisting Portuguese companies in their expansion abroad, mainly to Brazil, Europe and Portuguese-speaking countries. As a result, we have worked closely with a large number of international and global firms.
The team is actively involved throughout the various transaction stages, from structuring to due diligence, drafting and negotiation, working closely with other practices of the firm, such as tax and competition, delivering a seamless, business-oriented service to the client.
