At VdA we have extensive Capital Markets' experience, with a focus on the national and international issuance of debt and equity securities, privatization, IPOs, acquisitions, listings and de-listings and corporate restructurings of listed companies.
In addition, we have advised on the issuance of ADRs by Portuguese listed companies, including in this respect information duties and corporate governance matters.
We have worked and continue to work closely with fund managers, venture capital and private equity firms, brokers and banks in matters of capital markets, whether on transactional or regulatory work.
Our practice area also advises, on a regular basis, some of the main issuers and financial institutions, both national and international, in their relationship with the supervisory authorities.
